Introduction

My JSE is an Android app I wrote for monitoring your JSE portfolio and watch lists. It is created specifically for casual traders or investors who need to keep track of their current portfolio status.

My JSE was created to answer these questions:

• How is my JSE portfolio doing? (Portfolio monitoring)
• I am interested in these companies. How are they doing? (Watch lists)
• How is the market doing? (Market indicators, Market news)
• Anything I should know about the companies I have invested in? (SENS)

Features

Some of the features of My JSE:

• Focus on charts rather than daily moves, as charts are far more useful for trend-analysis
• Add as many portfolios as you like
• Each portfolio displays a summary of current value for at-a-glance tracking
• Add as many shares as you like per portfolio
• Portfolio view shows historical graphs, cost, and current prices of all shares, as well as total portfolio value and gain/loss
• Drill down into shares for current information and historical graphs
• View market indicators with charts to easily identify trends
• Quickly search for any share by name or code to view current values and historical graphs
• Get latest financial news from the largest SA news sources
